Agentforce (Salesforce) Engineer

12-Month Contract | Hybrid | Dublin

I'm partnering with a leading Dublin-based client to recruit an experienced Agentforce (Salesforce) Engineer for a high-profile programme focused on delivering next-generation AI solutions across the Salesforce platform.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with Agentforce, AI-powered automation, and conversational AI, helping to build intelligent customer and employee experiences at enterprise scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and the wider Salesforce platform.
• Build AI-powered agents, intelligent workflows and conversational experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, APIs and third-party platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
• Support solution testing, deployment and continuous platform optimisation.
• Champion Salesforce best practices across architecture, security, governance and performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer, Agentforce Engineer or Salesforce Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and platform configuration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing within agile delivery teams.
